    You guys talked about how difficult it is to short treasuries, but you didn’t mention shorting or buying puts on TLT. Was this option overlooked or is there some reason you don’t like it?

    One aspect of the bailout bill is one that will create enormous opposition from NAR. The bill allows banks to own real estate brokerages. This is why Buffett is so keen on the bill–his company Home Services of America would increase ten fold in value because the banks will buy it up.

    NAR hasn’t gotten wind of this well hidden gem in the bill.
